GRILLED FISH LEBANESE RECIPE

  • 2 lbs. fish (ling cod, king or perch)
  • Olive oil

Wash fish, salt and let stand for an hour.  Thoroughly rub with olive oil.  Grill on charcoal and serve with tartar sauce.
